I am not afraid to DMCA art thieves/call them out on social media, as I have had people steal my illustrations/animations for commercial use in the past and have learned my lesson. ''Commission TOS'' - My commissions are for personal use only unless we explicitly agree otherwise. Using commissioned work for commercial use (INCLUDING NFTS) without my consent will result in a DMCA takedown notice, being blacklisted, having your rights to the art revoked, and your name publicly posted as a warning to other artists. - Do not trace/edit/make bases of my work unless permission is asked for and granted. - I have the right to refuse service to anyone as I see fit. Once you are first in the queue, turnaround times can vary from same day to a few weeks (more for animation), but most are completed within a week.
